I know I have thanked you before for your time in the classes I’ve attended, but again thank you. Your classes have made such a difference to my confidence with sugar flowers and am getting better as well as my cakes. Hi, I’m Zoë
I'm a huge cake enthusiast and love to teach! I started making cakes about 14 years, and right from the get go, I fell in love with the art. I have been so lucky to have had so many opportunities and adventures along the way. For the past eight years, I've taught classes to students in many countries and I also have three online classes through the 'Craftsy (Bluprint) platform. Now, I've finally launched my own online classes, teaching the topics I love the most and sharing my favourite techniques to students which can be accessed all around the world.
